What can I say about Wendy that won’t condemn me to tears… She was the sweetest, sassiest and silliest chicken I’ve had. I already feel her unbearable absence. She brought us all such great joy, and will be forever missed.
Whoever says it’s just a chicken, has certainly never given one the chance to be loved. Wendy never gave us an option. She forced her love on us.
She was always hopping up on our laps for attention, and making us laugh until we cried. I refuse to forget the good times. In time I know the memories I want to remember will cloud the ones I don’t.
